EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Please note we are not accepting returns due to the logistical issues driven by the COVID-19 outbreak. Only exchanges are applicable.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

INDIA EXCHANGES

  • The items purchased during discounted sale period cannot be exchanged/returned.
  • The Exchange request for items purchased must be filed within 48 hours of receiving them. Items to be exchanged must be returned within 10 days of date of receipt.
  • Send an exchange request at support@zoriworld.com with the reason for the same, a photo proof wherever required and the subject line of the email as “Exchange Request #OrderNumber”.
  • Items are to be returned at the customer’s own expense; the cost of the delivery of the return package to Zori World and the cost of the delivery of the new exchange product from Zori World would be incurred by the customer.
  • Items to be returned for exchange should not have any signs of wear and tear or of having ever been worn outdoors by the customer.
  • If the Exchange request gets approved by Zori World the customer is to pack the items to be returned along with a print-out of their respective order confirmation email, mention their order number on top of the parcel and then ship them to the address that will be provided to you on acknowledgement on your exchange request.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, an appropriate box and mailbag must be used while delivering them back. Please note that in case of any damage during transit due to the negligence of the customer is detected by our team, then such customer will be responsible for indemnifying Zori World against the damage incurred.
  • An email will be sent to the customer as soon as the returned products reach Zori World and the exchange item will be shipped OR an exclusive coupon of with Zori World credits will be provided.
  • Zori World reserves the right to decline the exchange request if the reasons mentioned in the request are found to be inadequate or if the product return does not comply with the terms and conditions stated above.
  • Item/Order cannot be exchanged more than once.

PLEASE NOTE: If the sought-after product is no longer in stock thus, making an exchange impossible, a return & credits refund approach would be taken up where you would be provided with an exclusive coupon equivalent to the value of the bill excluding shipping charges which will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.

 

RETURN POLICY

INDIA RETURNS

 

All returns will be made subject to the following conditions:

  • A return request must only be made on support@zoriworld.com and the reason for such request must be mentioned in the e-mail along with the photo evidence, wherever applicable.
  • Zori World reserves the full right to reject your return request if the reasons for return are found to be inadequate and/or inconsistent with the T&C of the contract of sale.
  • The return request for items purchased must be made 48 hours of delivery. Items to be returned must be returned within 10 days of date of receipt.
  • Items being returned must be in a new/unused condition and in their original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, an appropriate box and mailbag must be used while delivering them back. Please note that in case of any damage during transit due to the negligence of the customer or improper packaging is detected by our team, then such customer will be responsible for indemnifying Zori World against the damage incurred and Zori World stands the right to cancel the return request.
  • All footwear must be tried indoors on a clean floor and must not have any signs of any usage.
  • Items are to be returned at customers’ own expense. Further, the original delivery fee (from when the product was delivered to the Customer from Zori World) will be deducted the refund amount of the returned Item.

PLEASE NOTE: Our policy is to offer product exchange (and not return) when it comes to tackling size issues. However, if the sought-after size is no longer in stock thus, making an exchange impossible, a return & credits refund approach would be taken up where you would be provided with an exclusive coupon equivalent to the value of the bill excluding shipping charges which will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.

How to Return a product?

Step 1: Send a return request at support@zoriworld.com with the reason for the same, a photo proof and the subject line of the email as “Return Request #OrderNumber”.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and revert with a return confirmation/rejection email within 48 business hours.

Step 3: If your return request has been accepted, meticulously follow the shipping instructions given in Steps 4 to 7.

Step 4: Pack the items to be returned along with a print-out of the order confirmation email that you had received in the original packing of the product. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, an appropriate box and mailbag must be used while delivering them back.

Step 5: Mention your order number on the parcel and put the shipping address that will be provided to you on acknowledgement on your return request.

Step 6: Get the package posted through through your local Post Office or a competent courier service.

Step 7: An e-mail will be sent to the customer as soon as the products get are received by us and thereafter, the refund process will begin and take around 7 business days to get completed. The refund will be made in the form of Zori World Credits, an exclusive coupon equivalent to the value of the bill excluding shipping charges will be issued which will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.


 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
